My Concept ~

My whole concept is that we are a mixture of home sitting and a dog lodge ~ our facility was built to be a home for all vacationing dogs.  We have couches, fireplaces, lots of pillows, tons of toys, huge fenced yards, and a really homey feeling to the whole lodge.  I just wanted the dog to be completely comfortable and, well, I just HATE the way most kennels are a jail for dogs while you are on vacation.  My whole goal is to have a place where your best friend wants to go.  I think we've succeeded and I've even had many of our human clients ask if THEY can stay here and leave the dog at home.  : ) You've gotta see the spread to really love it...stop on by and check us out.

 My passion has always been taking care of animals.  I was in 4H ~ even won state champion in all around animal knowledge ~  I've interned as a veterinary  assistant and really enjoy helping animals; I volunteered with the Seattle Zoo and had the unique joy of working closely with the Bears and Hyenas. I continue to work with local rescue organizations fostering and placing dogs. We have dogs, cats, peacocks, chickens, and goats running around our spread ~ pretty much a petting zoo.
